Michael Berg is a butt monkey.

Ok, maybe not the most adult and intellectual thing I have ever said, but that doesn’t make it any less true. Over in London, he droned on and on about how terrible the United States is, his constant refrain since his son was beheaded by the bugs, I mean animals, I mean non-humans over in Iraq.

As with all liberals, he views the world in terms of good and evil, ironic considering how much the liberals hate religion and morality, but I digress. Because he must be good, after all, people like Berg care so much, than anyone who disagrees with him must be evil, and we know who the master of evil is – George Bush. And this is what Bergie had to say about the master of evil:

"People like George Bush and (U.S. Defense Secretary) Donald Rumsfeld don't see the pain that people have to bear -- they don't know what it feels like to have your guts ripped out."

Of course, because Bush is evil, he relishes in the death of innocents, there’s no way someone like him could feel pain.

But that’s not what I write about tonight. I’d like to bring your attention to the last quote in the article:

"Observing someone's pain just makes you think just how can they (Bush and Blair) possibly do this. There isn't enough money in the world that could ever make this worthwhile."

This being, of course, the liberation of Iraq. There’s no thinking person out there who wouldn’t read this as saying,

“There is nothing in the world to make the shutting of rape rooms and the ending of summary executions, not to say the stopping of a madman from world destruction worthwhile.”

Mike Berg would rather have Saddam in power, killing wantonly than a free Iraq. Who’s the evil one here?
